Initial Assessment and Analysis
Before you hire Proficio Services Group or consider engaging us as a partner, we will meet with principals and leaders, direct care staff and office staff to perform an initial assessment and analysis that includes a review of business processes, technologies, tools and resources. This initial assessment will make visible the most critical areas that need attention. The principals at PSG are seasoned business veterans with exposure to multiple business combinations and constructs both in and out of your industry. Having created multiple businesses from scratch as well as rescued or resuscitated many flailing businesses, PSG is uniquely positioned to analyze, without emotion or bias, the right next steps to help increase profits and tidy up where needed.

Our financial model is one that aligns our goals with yours. The typical accounting or legal model drives its providers to create billable hours. Since PSG does not bill by the hour, our goals are different than the normal professional consultant.
Proficio earns its wages more like an employee than a consultant. Proficio will identify and negotiate a fixed percentage of revenues that is appropriate for your operation and our participation level. As we help increase revenues, there is more for us to do and our revenues increase with yours. As the market slows or conditions change such that revenues decrease, we feel the pain with you and our revenues decrease with yours. We share the risks, not just the rewards.
